How appointments work
A simple process designed to keep things organised and reduce waiting—especially for children.

Step 1
Send a request
Use the form to share your child’s age, main concern, and any previous reports. We’ll reply to confirm the next steps.

Step 3
Consultation and plan
We review your child’s history, examine as needed, and explain the plan in parent-friendly language—including whether surgery is required.

FAQs
Common questions from parents
If you’re unsure what to do next, send a request and we’ll guide you.
Do you accept walk-in patients?
No. Visits are appointments only so we can give each child the right time and attention.
How do virtual consultations work?
After you submit the form, we confirm a suitable time for a video call (Zoom/Google Meet). Virtual clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00–9:00 pm.
Can I send reports before the visit?
Yes. You can share reports through the form or follow the instructions sent after your request. Please send only files you have the right to share.
What if my child needs urgent care?
This service is not for emergency care. If your child is very unwell, please go to the nearest emergency or call local emergency services.
Will you explain the plan in simple terms?
Yes. The aim is to explain the diagnosis, treatment options, and next steps clearly so you can make confident decisions for your child.
How soon will we get a reply after sending a request?
We aim to reply as soon as possible to confirm the next step or appointment timing. Response times can vary, but your request will be reviewed and followed up by the clinic team.
What should I bring to the appointment?
Please bring any previous reports, lab results, imaging such as ultrasound, X-ray, CT, or MRI if available, a list of current medicines, and any relevant medical history or discharge summaries.
How much is the consultation fee?
Consultation fees usually range from PKR 4,000 to 8,000. The final fee will be confirmed when the clinic replies to your request.
Why is your consultation fee more than usual?
Our minimum consultation time is 30 minutes for complex conditions, and in some cases we will spend one hour if we need to thoroughly review previous surgery, treatment, or related records. This is a highly individualised service.
How can I contact the clinic?
You can contact the clinic by WhatsApp at +923174002444 or by email at info@abidqazi.com.
Can I request a second opinion?
Yes. Virtual consultations are available for complex cases and second opinions, especially for families who are not in Lahore.
